First Time Order

For your security, please be aware that first-time order can only be delivered to the card holder's shipping address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays your order, please ensure that your shipping address matches the address on your card statement, and that the card holder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately, so that we can contact you if necessary.

Is Lovira Hair really 100% human hair?
Yes. Every wig and weft is made from 100% human hair. We do not use synthetic or blended hair, and we grade every batch before production.

Can I order a custom wig?
Yes. You can customize length, texture, density, color, cap size and lace type. See the Custom page or contact us with your spec and we'll confirm the details and lead time.

How do I care for my hair?
Wash with sulfate-free shampoo, condition regularly, detangle gently from the ends, and let hair air-dry. Avoid excessive heat and always use a heat protectant when styling.

Do you offer wholesale or private label?
Yes. We supply salons, beauty supply stores, distributors and brands with bulk wefts, ready-to-wear wigs and custom private-label production. See the Wholesale page or contact us for a catalog and price list.
